Team Demo Hugo is currently in the process of planning and launching a crowdfunding campaign to fund our team’s research and filming. Stay tuned for more news coming soon.

HERE'S WHAT WE'RE THINKING

Team Demo Hugo is a collective of geographers, archivists, planners, animators, filmmakers, writers, Seattleites, transplants, poets and literary geeks. We’re making a documentary film about the

tear-down of 1634 11th Avenue, the current home of Richard Hugo House.

See us at Tacoma Film Festival Oct. 5

October 2, 2019

After a successful premiere (and encore screening!) at Local Sightings Film Festival in late September, we're excited to bring the film—like so many of the artists it depicts—out of Seattle. That starts this weekend at the Tacoma Film Festival.

WHEN: Saturday, October 5, 5:15
WHERE: Grand Cinema, 606 Fawcett Ave, Tacoma, WA, 98402
TICKETS AND OTHER DETAILS: here

Director Ryan K. Adams will be in attendance, so you can come with burning questions about the film or just say hi. You'll also be treated to a short about the Space Needle and Seattle-born African-American dancer Syvilla Fort as the documentary's preview.
